1. The Promoter

1.1 The promoter is Winly Competitions (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1.2 Registered business details (company name, number, and address) will be published on the website.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By entering any competition on Winly Competitions, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any competition-specific rules shown on the relevant competition page.
2.2 If you do not agree, you must not enter.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over only.
3.2 Employees of Winly Competitions, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with the competitions are excluded.
3.3 We reserve the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entrant who does not meet these requirements.

4. How to Enter

4.1 To enter, you must create an account on the Winly Competitions website.
4.2 Select the competition you wish to enter and purchase entries, subject to the stated maximum per order.
4.3 Each entry represents one chance to win.
4.4 All entries must be received before the competition closing time shown on the competition page.

5. Entry Limits

5.1 Each competition has a maximum number of entries per order, clearly stated on the competition page.
5.2 We reserve the right to cancel or refund entries that exceed the stated limits or are deemed to breach fair use.

6. Free Entry Route

6.1 Where a free entry route is offered, details will be clearly displayed on the competition page and/or Free Entry page.
6.2 Free entries have an equal chance of winning as paid entries.
6.3 Free entries must comply with all stated rules and deadlines to be valid.

7. Competition Mechanics

7.1 Competitions may require answering a question or completing a task as part of entry.
7.2 Only valid entries that comply with all rules will be included in the draw.

8. Winner Selection

8.1 Winners are selected at random from all valid entries once the competition closes.
8.2 Draws may be conducted automatically or during a live draw.
8.3 The promoter’s decision is final.

9. Winner Notification

9.1 Winners will be notified using the contact details provided during account registration.
9.2 If a winner does not respond within the stated timeframe, we reserve the right to redraw.

10. Prizes

10.2 Cash prizes will be paid via bank transfer.
10.3 Physical prizes will be delivered to a UK address.
10.4 No cash alternative is offered unless explicitly stated.

11. Refunds

11.1 Entry fees are non-refundable except where a competition is cancelled or at the promoter’s discretion.
11.2 No refunds are given for losing entries or incorrect answers.

12. Fair Use & Abuse

12.1 We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of fraud, abuse, or manipulation.
12.2 Multiple accounts or attempts to bypass entry limits may result in disqualification.

13. Liability

13.1 Winly Competitions accepts no responsibility for technical failures, system errors, or events beyond our reasonable control.
13.2 Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the entry fee paid.

14. Data Protection

14.1 Personal data will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
14.2 Data is used for administering competitions, contacting winners, and marketing where consent is given.

15. Governing Law

15.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
